ARCO 2018: Madrid

For the 2018 iteration of ARCO Madrid, Leon Tovar Gallery proposed a survey
of Latin American abstraction articulated through the display conventions of the Wunderkammer, or “cabinet of curiosities.” This exposition strategy dialogues with the modernist artists showcased in this fair to create a space that invites curiosity, innovation, and creativity to flourish. 

The artists featured on this year's stand included names like Carmelo Arden Quin, Martin Blaszko, Hugo Demarco, Jorge Riveros, Jesús Rafael Soto, and a great variety of works by Fanny Sanín.
